Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a further notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer worldwide shipping.
Delivery Estimates United States: Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping. International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and typically take 7–12 business days. Customs processing may cause additional delays depending on your country's policies.
Customs, Duties and Taxes FLUSH is not responsible for any customs fees, duties or taxes incurred during shipment. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Order Issues If your order is lost or arrives damaged please contact us at hello@feelflushed.com within 7 business days of delivery with your order number and any relevant photos. We will review the issue and offer a resolution.
Carrier Delays We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has left our facility but we will support you in tracking your shipment.
Tracking You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped so you can monitor your delivery.
