How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please contact our support team at support@feelflushed.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days.

Conditions

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the purchase date.
  • We accept returns on both opened and unopened products within the guarantee period.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Subscription Orders

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your customer portal. Cancellations made before the next billing date will prevent future charges. Refunds for subscription orders follow the same 60-day policy above.
